Agus Wahyudi

Agus Wahyudi is a seasoned hospital management professional with 30 years of experience, having held key leadership positions, including Hospital Director, COO, President Director, Divisional Director, and Manager at several prominent healthcare organizations. His career spans across prestigious and public-listed companies, including Pondok Indah Hospital (18 years), OMNI Hospital (3 years), Bunda Hospital (3 years), and SSMH Hospital (1 year). He is currently working as a hospital management consultant, advising both national and international clients.
Agus is recognized for his strong leadership, expertise in transformation and change management, and sharp business acumen. He firmly believes that quality is the cornerstone of success in healthcare, encompassing patient safety, cost-effective operations, and customer satisfaction.

He holds an MBA from RMIT University, Australia, and a Medical Doctor (MD) degree from Airlangga University, Indonesia. In addition, he has completed numerous professional courses, including Hospital Accreditation (JCI & KARS), Quality Management, Risk Management, Balanced Scorecard and Performance Management.

As a consultant, Agus provides strategic and operational expertise across various aspects of hospital management and industry. His advisory services range from high-level strategic consulting—such as due diligence and investment advisory—to technical and operational improvements, including hospital operations, HIS/EMR implementation, and medical equipment planning. His experience covers both private and public healthcare sectors, including engagements related to private and government health insurance (BPJS).

Senior Expert - Microbiology & Immunogenetics

Amin Soebandrio

Professor Amin Soebandrio is a distinguished expert in clinical microbiology and immunogenetics, with a strong focus on emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases and antimicrobial resistance. He earned his medical degree and clinical microbiology specialization from the University of Indonesia, followed by a PhD in Immunogenetics from Osaka University/Kobe University, Japan

He has held key advisory roles, including serving as Chairman of the Expert Panel for the National Committee on Zoonotic Diseases (2009–2017) and as Senior Advisor and Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Research and Technology (2000–2013). He was Chairman of the Eijkman Institute for Molecular Biology (2014–2021) and currently chairs the Ministry of Health’s Committee for Stem Cell Development. Additionally, he is involved in global health initiatives, serving as Chairman of the Steering Committee for APEIR, Board Chairman of CORDS, a member of Indonesia’s GHSA Expert Panel, the National Committee for Bioethics, the COVID-19 Special Task Force, and the Indonesian Technical Advisory Group for Immunization (ITAGI).

K. S. Paul ONG (M. Yusuf ONG) is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in IT, telecommunications, banking, healthcare, and manufacturing. He has a proven track record in IT management, business transformation, and strategic leadership, consistently aligning technology with business goals to drive growth and efficiency. His expertise spans enterprise IT strategy, process optimization, and ROI-driven IT investments, making him a key contributor to both corporate and technological advancements.

Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in business turnarounds, including helping nearly double company sales in four years as part of a C-level executive team. His leadership has been recognized with multiple corporate awards, culminating in SWA Magazine’s “Best of the Best” award in 2010. Beyond IT, he has contributed to team development, motivation building, and cross-functional improvements, reinforcing his ability to drive holistic organizational success.

His professional experience includes IT leadership at Cowell Group, focusing on Omni Hospitals, as well as CIO and President Director roles at Rajawali Group, overseeing IT strategy and business process improvements. At Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), he spearheaded the bank’s IT automation strategy, modernizing nationwide operations. Additionally, he held key positions in leading IT firms, including EMKOM Group and Metrodata Indonesia, further strengthening his expertise in technology-driven business transformation.

Teuku Umar Laksamana

Teuku Umar Laksamana is a finance and investment expert with extensive experience in capital markets, investment strategies, risk management, and corporate finance. He has held leadership and advisory roles in both private and government institutions, specializing in financial structuring, stock market investments, and governance.

He holds an MBA from De La Salle University, Philippines, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines. His expertise spans strategic financial structuring, investment strategies, risk management, and corporate governance.

Currently, he serves as a Commissioner at PT. Reksa Inti Edukasi Citra (Realcom Apps) and a Global Advisory Board Member at Novus Technologies Pte Ltd, Singapore. He has advised the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on IT and risk management and continues to provide strategic guidance as a Senior Advisor at PT. FABA Konsultan Indonesia and a Corporate Financial Advisor at PT. Perdika Wisthi Sarana.

Previously, he was President at PT. Mopoli Raya, Committee Member for Finance & Banking at the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, and Advisor to the Sabang Free Trade and Free Port Zone. He also led PT. Dinar Securities and PT. BNI Securities, overseeing investment strategies and Indonesia’s first SUKUK (Syariah Bond) issuance. As Director at Jakarta Stock Exchange (IDX), he implemented back-office systems, helped prevent company delistings, and introduced a New Development Board to support financial restructuring.

Bagus Tjahjono

Bagus Tjahjono, has 35 years of experience in hospital management, Public Health Management, Disaster Management, Education and Training. He is used to working in crisis situations that require speed of action and appropriate decision-making. He is special both as a leader and manager as well as a reliable collaborator.

He graduated Doctorate in Administrative Sciences from Brawijaya University, MPH in Health Administration from University of South Carolina, USA and Medical Doctor from Airlangga University. He attended various courses/trainings including Hospital Management, Army Medical Leadership, Disaster Management, Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Change Adaptation, International Health Regulation, Preventive Medicine, Health Emergency in Large Population, etc.

He is an assessor for The ASEAN Standards and Certification for Experts in Disaster Management (ASCEND), lecturer at Medical Faculty Jenderal Ahmad Yani University, Practitioner and Expert Trainer in Disaster Management.

He has experience working as Director of Army Hospital, Head of Military Area Health Services, Head of Disaster Management Education and Training Center, Head of Human Resources Bureau at BNPB, and served on the United Nations Peacekeeping and Humanitarian missions in Croatia and in Bosnia Herzegovina for 3 years as Senior Medical Liaison Officers.

Dharmawan P. Hadad

Dharmawan Hadad is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in Human Capital & Performance Culture Management & Development. He has held various senior roles, including Director, COHR, Senior Vice President & GM, and Manager, across multiple industries. His extensive career in the National Banking sector spans 15 years, including positions at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and he has also worked for five years in the healthcare sector with institutions such as Pondok Indah Hospital (RSPI) and in manufacturing with companies like PT Sepatu Bata Tbk.

Dharmawan holds a doctoral degree in Economics and Business and has taught post-graduate courses at several universities. He is an accredited Competency Assessor and has expertise in HC management, risk management, coaching, and more. He has served as a Human Capital consultant, prepared numerous Human Capital Strategic Plans (HCSP) for regional banks, and provided professional training in soft skills at LPPI & PPM.
